Chili Con Queso

Who doesn't LOVEEEEE some good ol chili con queso?!?! This is a super easy dip to make, I love to put in on my chimichangas!
What you need:
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 (10 oz) can Mild Rotel Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped, Old ElPaso Green Chilis
  • 1/4 c of Milk

Make it!
  • Mix ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl.
  • Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
Dip will begin to thicken after sitting.
